I took your course a few years ago and wanted to ask you about an unusual case. I did a LSCH on a patient in 2003. She had no problems until 2009 when she under went a LEEP in Costa Rica. Since that time she has had copious amounts of frothy green/yellow discharge that is culture negative for bacteria or STD's. I have imaged her at length and can not find a recto-vaginal fistula or any entry into the peritoneal cavity from the cervical stump (I did an HSG). CT scan's do not show and abscess nor does an ultrasound. I am in Seattle WA and have a great radiology department.
Do you have any thoughts? This patient does not want her cervix removed unless I can prove this is coming from her cervix. I have even done colposcopy. I have consulted with IR, ID,GI and gyn onc.
