But you blew it when you said Tom Osborne used the University for his success and now being the A.D. Its the other way around. The University now has the national brand it has, and commands the kind of money it does thanks to Doctor Tom. He was a thinker, an innovator, and an honest man all the way around. Do you know he played pro football? The University of Nebraska owes him more than he will ever get paid. So dont say he used the university. I did a LSCH on a patient in 2003. She had no problems until 2009 when she under went a LEEP in Costa Rica. Since that time she has had copious amounts of frothy green/yellow discharge that is culture negative for bacteria or STD's. I have imaged her at length and can not find a recto-vaginal fistula or any entry into the peritoneal cavity from the cervical stump (I did an HSG). CT scan's do not show and abscess nor does an ultrasound. I am in Seattle WA and have a great radiology department. Do you have any thoughts? This patient does not want her cervix removed unless I can prove this is coming from her cervix. I have even done colposcopy. I have consulted with IR, ID,GI and gyn onc.
